Conditions and terms of bookings

Booking 

After having contacted me I will send you the details of my trip and my rates. If you agree with the conditions of my program please transfer 30% of the price to the following bank account. With the arrival of your payment, your trip will be definitely booked for you.

If you are booking at the Tourist Information Centre you can make your advance payment in cash and your booking will be definite.

Cancellation policies

If you should not be able to participate in the program for any reason, please inform me as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Thirty or more days prior to your trip: no cancellation fee.
  • Less than thirty days prior to your trip: 30 % of the price.
  • Less than three days prior to your trip: 100% of the price.

Personal responsibility and insurance

We do our very best to offer you a safe and comfortable trip.

However the Tourist Information Centre and William Doi finalise all tour arrangements on the condition that they will not be liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may arise. Either by reason of weather, natural events or disasters, actions or defaults of any defect in vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or persons engaged in either booking guests or conveying guests or in carrying out the arrangements of the tours.

If the Tourist Information Center or William Doi declare the hike or trip unfit due to severe weather and track conditions, a full refund will be applied.

It is recommended that our guests adequately insure themselves against cancellation charges and the possible loss of money or personal belongings. This is generally covered by comprehensive travel insurance. Furthermore please ensure that your insurance adequately covers any accidents, sicknesses or any other health issues occuring during your travels overseas.

Bookings are only valid for the dates confirmed.
